Top Ten TV-Shows of 2016

When you watch the high number shows of that people who review television do, you get a ton of surprises, but you’re also often reminded of the greatness of a show that you may have underestimated in the past. This year shows like Westworld, The Night Of, and Stranger Things really surprised me. Whereas I was reminded how great BoJack Horseman and House of Cards can be.

My 17 Most Anticipated Films of 2017

2016 is almost over, and I really can’t believe it. It feels like the summer movie season just ended, but here we are at the end of the year. That also means that we need to start looking forward to some of the films that are released next year. The following is a quick review of Barry – Directed by Vikram Gandhi.

Some part of me thinks that it is too early for us to see a Barack Obama biopic – seeing as he is still the sitting President for another month – but, at the time of writing, we already have two films. Thankfully, I’m happy to report that this film – Vikram Gandhi’s Barry – definitely isn’t a waste of time. In fact, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed watching it. The following is a quick review of Spectral – directed by Nic Mathieu.

In Netflix’s Spectral, Clyne (played by James Badge Dale) teams up with a special ops team to discover what supernatural force has been running amok in Europe. They soon encounter ghost-like beings that are able to kill just by passing through you. Now, Clyne and the special ops team must try to survive attacks from these beings that seem invincible. REVIEW: True Memoirs of an International Assassin (2016)

The following is a quick review of True Memoirs of an International Assassin, a Netflix Original Film.

True Memoirs of an International Assassin follows Sam Larson – an unpublished author who also work as an accountant – as he is trying to finish a story about an assassin. When the story is finally finished, however, he has a tough time getting it published, until he meets an unconventional publicist who makes his book available online.

However, Larson is shocked when he finds out that she altered the title and published it as a non-fiction book. Dangerous people now believe Larson is an infamous assassin known only as ‘the Ghost,’ and now Larson must live as if he is the star of his book.
