REVIEW: Daredevil – “Cut Man”

Expect spoilers for every review this season, though I’m going to try to limit spoilery details. “Cut Man” is the second episode of the first season, and in it we learn a lot about what kind of man Matt’s father is, as well as being introduced to Claire Temple.

Marvel’s Daredevil is a Netflix show created by Drew Goddard and developed by Steven S. DeKnight which begins a Netflix adventure for the Disney owned Marvel Cinematic Universe. Make no mistake, Matt Murdock and the rest of the Defenders exist in the same universe as the Avengers – with the Chitauri invasion being hinted at once or twice in the very first episode. On Friday, April 10th 2015, Netflix releases the first of four superhero shows preceding a The Defenders mini series. Marvel’s Man Without Fear is the first Defender to get his own show. Starring in Daredevil is Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Rosario Dawson.
