2017: The Journey to Episode VIII Continues – Dagobah Day #26

We’ve seen Rogue One, and now we’re looking forward to the next chapter in the Star Wars saga – Star Wars: Episode VIII. We’ve still got quite a way to go before we’re watching the movie, but I thought that I’d sort of prepare you for what I’m looking forward to in the world of Star Wars in 2017.

So, obviously Episode VIII is at the top of that list, and it’ll probably be the topic of multiple Dagobah Days this year. What is really cool right now is that we still haven’t got a title for the movie. There have been a few rumors, but we just don’t know yet.

I’ve heard about ‘The Tale of the Jedi Temple,’ ‘The Fall of the Resistance,‘ and ‘Forces of Destiny.’ I don’t really dislike any of them, but I’d probably prefer ‘The Fall of the Resistance.’ When the title is announced, I’ll probably do a Dagobah Day.

Another really cool thing about this year is that May 25th, 2017 is the 40th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. I don’t know what I’ll do to celebrate that, but I’ll probably figure something out. Speaking of things I need to do…

I still haven’t finished my review of Revenge of the Sith. Now, I don’t hate that movie, and it’ll probably be more positive than one might expect it to be. I don’t know when I’ll get to it, but maybe that’ll be what I release this May.

I’m also going to review the second season of Star Wars Rebels soon. I just ordered the Blu-Ray for season two, and once I finish it, I’ll get to work on my review. If you have anything you want me to write about on Dagobah Day, then please leave a comment below.

May the Force be with you. Always. It’s perfectly safe for droids.
