In the fifth episode of the first season of Preacher (“South Will Rise Again”), Tulip (played by Ruth Negga) has enough of Jesse’s goodness, Cassidy (played by Joseph Gilgun) gets a bit too close to Tulip, and our good preacher, Jesse (played by Dominic Cooper), maybe uses his ‘power of persuasion’ a bit too much, before the angels finally confront our hero.

The following is a quick review of the fourth episode of ‘Preacher’, available on AMC in the United States and on Viaplay in Denmark. Expect spoilers for the episode.

In the fourth episode of Preacher (“Monster Swamp”), Jesse (played by Dominic Cooper) tries to get people to go to church. Tulip (played by Ruth Negga) runs into Cassidy (played by Joseph Gilgun), who is trying to trick the cowboys/angels/clones. And we, finally get to see more of Odin Quincannon (played by Jackie Earle Haley).

In the second episode of Preacher (“See”), Jesse (played by Dominic Cooper) deals with the knowledge that the local bus driver may be a pedophile. Cassidy (played by Joseph Gilgun) has to make up his mind: to fight or to flee. REVIEW: Warcraft (2016)

The following is a review of Warcraft (also known as Warcraft: The Beginning), a Duncan Jones film.

I’m somewhat familiar with Warcraft. I think I’ve only played 5 to 10 minutes of World of Warcraft – definitely not more than that – but I did play Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos a lot. But while I’m somewhat familiar with the franchise, I don’t remember the story at all. It’s here. Welcome to Preacher! A supernatural dark comedy about exploding preachers, crazy vampires, and a crisis of faith. Maybe? That’s pretty much all I know about the show. When I sat down to watch the pilot episode, I had no idea what I was about to watch. The story is completely fresh to me at this time. I may end up reading the comic book that it is based on, but probably not until after the first season is finished. I didn’t know what to expect. But this show may be perfect for me right now.
